At Dr.Melaxin, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, our support team is here to help. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make things right.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product received
Our support team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
Due to hygiene and safety regulations for skincare products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Our team is committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly.
Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may delay the resolution process.
